The Full Story
Anders Carlsson got his Photography degree from the Christer Strømholm Foundation at Stockholm University in the sixties. After completing his education, he worked for forty years as a commercial photographer in Stockholm. During this time, he developed his own unique techniques and composition styles, creating precise analog photographs that beautifully capture his environment subjects.
When the artist arrived to Skrova in 1981, he was captivated by the stunning beauty of Lofoten.
Anders possesses a remarkable ability to observe the world, a keen eye for detail. His perspective allows him to notice the subtleties that often go overlooked. Whether capturing the shape of a chair or the beauty of nature, his distinctive style shines through in every photograph, showcasing his special way of seeing the world.
Anders has since the nineties spent his time between Skrova, Stockholm and Spain. In 2004 he started Galleri Skrova, where he is still remains one of the owners
